Common sense gun reform
Safety in one’s community is a right that each citizen of district 90 deserves, no matter if at work, home, or in the classroom. Sensible and responsible gun ownership is long overdue and the time has come for electing a state representative who will stand up for change. Stewart Parnacott is that representative who will collaborate with law enforcement personnel, legislators, community affiliates, and partners in the criminal justice system to combat gun violence.
As a Georgia House of Representative member, Stewart will:
- Increase support for state and local mental health services;
- Use a common-sense approach to gun reform that includes universal background checks and making certain that guns are banned on school campuses; and
- End the cycle of violence from guns by increasing hospital and community support programs
